Your tasks:Oversee Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) data flow across the U.S. and Europe, mapping its integration into business processes, roles, and applicationsDevelop and implement global and local policies and guidance, ensuring business review, approval, and localized executionConduct impact analyses of new policies on TOM and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Define and document \“To Be\“ business processes, identifying gaps in meeting CMMC requirements and implementing solutionsLead change impact assessments across people, IT, vendors, and processes, facilitating smooth transitionsDesign and deliver engagement and training programs to support new ways of working and drive compliance with CMMC requirements across all facilitiesThis role is critical in ensuring a structured, compliant, and efficient transition, leveraging expertise in business transformation to align operations with regulatory standardsYour profile:Extensive experience in audit preparation, business transformation, and project management, with at least 20 years of leadership in these areasStrong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsEnd-to-end knowledge of organizational functions, including sales, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and qualityAbility to assess complex security and compliance challenges, design solutions, and drive sustainable improvements aligned with business objectivesEthical decision-making and regulatory adherence, ensuring policies and processes uphold CMMC standardsFluency in EnglishSecurity relevant function: Excellent, clean personal record is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
