EPM Business Analyst (Fixed-term Contract)

Reporting directly to the Consolidation & Reporting Manager, the EPM Business Analyst will be responsible for providing end-user support, troubleshooting, and training, as well as maintaining HFM batch load processes to ensure smooth data consolidation.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide system administration for Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applicationsProvide end user support, troubleshooting, and trainingMaintain HFM batch load processes for loading and consolidating data into HFM applicationsImplement HFM system changes, including metadata updates, HFM rules updates, report updates, etc.Maintain consolidated data for actuals to ensure data integrity to support the business, and to ensure data consistency between applications and environmentsMaintain proper system documentation and controls on system changes, user security updates, system functionality and proceduresApply critical patches to Hyperion systems on the serverEnsure solutions are secure and comply with IT Control proceduresContribute to other Hyperion and Consolidation initiatives as assignedRequirements:Technical experience with Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management suite of productsSolid experience in Analysis, Development, and Maintenance of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) 11.1.2.4 or higher versions, FDMEE, Financial Reports, Smart View, Data Relationship Management (DRM)Strong technical skills including writing HFM rules, financial studio reportsExperience accessing Oracle Support to submit service requests, troubleshooting incidents, etc.Understanding of IT Security concepts (Access Controls, Change Management, etc.)Functional understanding of Accounting, and Finance, understanding of the B/S and P&LStrong analytical and complex problem-solving skillsSolid experience using MS Office with an expert level in ExcelWorking knowledge of a wide variety of programming languagesKnowledge of software design, documentation, testing, and maintenanceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical skillsA dedication for high quality service for business usersA desire to always look for alternative and better ways to solve problems and provide solutionsThe ability to meet deadlines and prioritize competing deliverablesProven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutionsKnowledge of JD Edwards accounting software is a plusBenefits:An International, fresh and dynamic working environmentBalance between work and personal life: Smart Working (Hybrid work model) and Time flexibilityPhysical & Mental Health programs, sustainable projects and workshop promoted by Guess CommunityArts, sports and social events outside the office, thanks to our Guess Fun activities!Training & Development platform and pathsDiscount on our products both online and in storesDon\’t miss your chance to join a progressive and sustainable global company, which is constantly looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow in a competitive and tough market.Guess promotes a people-first workspace, where their well-being and their development are part of the history and the success of the brand.Do you think we\’re a good match for you?
