SAP-Workday HCM Integrations Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Integration Specialist to lead and manage all internal integrations related to our Workday HCM implementation. The role will focus on integrating Workday with existing systems such as SAP S4/HANA, payroll systems, and other third-party applications using SAP Business Technology Platform (Integration Suite). This position is critical in ensuring a seamless and efficient data flow between systems and supporting the successful deployment of Workday HCM.Your profile3+ years of experience in system integrations, preferably within an HCM contextProven experience with SAP Integration Suite including designing, configuring, and deploying integration scenariosExperience with API management, message processing, and security in SAP Integration SuiteStrong knowledge of integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, OData, and IDocStrong understanding of data security, compliance, and governance principlesExcellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external consultantsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Familiarity with payroll systems, or other enterprise software (nice to have)Experience with Workday implementations or upgrades (nice to have)Company BenefitsSustainability and innovation focus: We have high sustainability and innovation goals.
