Our client, a prestigious international real estate company with a strong presence in Frankfurt, is currently seeking an experienced Asset Manager with a focus on commercial asset classes to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial real estate assets and developing strategies to enhance their value.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate assets across various asset classes
• Develop and implement value-enhancing strategies for the assets
• Monitor asset performance, analyze financial reports, and identify optimization opportunities
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including property managers, leasing agents, and service providers
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and investors
• Contribute to the overall asset strategy and support acquisition and disposition processes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–4 years of professional experience in asset management, ideally within the commercial real estate sector
• Strong understanding of real estate markets, asset valuation, and financial performance metrics
• Proficiency in English and German
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
