DACH QSC Programs & Performance Manager (m/w/d)

About the role

DACH QSC is currently looking for a Programs & Performance Manager for a 6-month assignment. The role will support the delivery of initiatives and process improvements across Supply Chain in line with BU strategy. The focus will be on identifying areas for improvement and driving action plans through program and project steering, tracking, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

1. Ensure DACH QSC projects and programs are aligned with the organization\’s strategic plan.
2. Act or co-lead as the QSC BU SPOC for F4G, Hercules, WfE, and other relevant global programs.
3. Lead regional projects and initiatives to improve service, costs, and cash flow.
4. Define program controls, processes, procedures, and reporting mechanisms to manage the programs.
5. Plan the overall program and monitor progress to meet milestones across various projects and programs.
6. Track the program budget and savings under the F4G reporting structure.
7. Manage risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle and support initiative leads in corrective measures.
8. Coordinate projects and their interdependencies within the program.
9. Manage and allocate resources across various projects.
10. Manage stakeholders involved in the programs.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

• Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain operations and 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in strategy building and performance management.
• Program/Project management experience, with good exposure to ADP/GPS/PMO.
• Willingness to travel to DACH once per month.

Preferred

• Ability to learn and incorporate new knowledge quickly.
• Experience in people and change management.
• Strong experience in matrix work and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Good commercial understanding and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritize, handle delegated responsibilities, and be a self-starter.
• Holistic communication approach with key stakeholders.
• Strong mindset for continuous improvement.
• Customer service orientation.
