Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with a strong background in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will lead and support end-to-end HCM implementations, ensuring HR business processes are effectively translated into Oracle Cloud configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (design, configuration, testing, deployment).
• Gather and analyse HR business requirements, map them to system capabilities, and propose functional solutions.
• Configure and deploy HCM modules based on business needs and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, and reports.
• Conduct CRP, UAT, end-user training, and provide post-go-live support.
• Document all functional designs, test scripts, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and labor regulations relevant to client geography.
