Description:
We are looking for looking for consultant who can provide support for HCL connections platform (agree21Communities and weConnect)
Job Responsibilities
- Documentation according to the customer's specifications
- Implementation of ITIL processes, in particular
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Request Management
- Release Management
- Processing of Service Requests
- Second Level Support
- Coordination of 3rd level support of the manufacturer
- Support in the assessment of IT risks
- Implementation of integration and system tests
- Test support and test coordination according to the client's specifications
Required Skills
Very good knowledge of operation, functions and handling of
- HCL Connections Administration,
- Domino Notes Functions,
- Connections Administration Toolkit (CAT),
- Interface management and WebSphere basics,
- LDAP/TDI,
- HTML, CSS, Java Script, Java,
- Redhat Linux.
- Fluency in English and German
Desired Skills
The successful candidate will also possess some, experience in following:
- HCL WebServer,
- HCL Mobile App,
- Redhat Linux System Environment
