Project Manager Digital (d/f/m)

Jung von Matt is looking for a Project Manager Digital (d/f/m) to support us in the Experience department, which is focused on realizing digital platform experiences such as Websites, E-Commerce Platforms, Apps or Landingpages.

As project manager, you are the coordinator between clients, internal & external developers, UX and UI-designers, supporting the team to deliver projects on budget, on time, and with quality.

Your tasks:

1. Independent planning, coordination, and execution of digital projects
2. Budget planning, invoicing, and controlling
3. Client consulting together with other departments
4. Preparation and follow-up of meetings, presentations, and workshops
5. Strategic and content-related advice to clients

What you bring:

• A degree in business administration, media, economics, communication sciences, or a comparable education (e.g., apprenticeship)
• Experience in consulting or project management, ideally in digital projects within an agency
• Team-oriented, proactive, strong communicator
• Fluent in German and very good English skills
• Familiar with project management tools, agile methods, and digital campaign processes
• Good understanding of customers, digital platforms, and technological processes
• Curious and savvy with technologies
• Confident in running meetings, presenting, and steering discussions
• Highly organized with the ability to maintain an overview
• Preference for hybrid work culture and team collaboration in the office
