We are looking for a passionate and talented Application Specialist / Technical Support (m / f / d) to join our dedicated team.

• Provide information technology support across a range of products and platforms.
• Perform a broad range of support activities on multiplatform environments.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate break/fix resolutions regarding system operations and networking activities.
• Develop solutions to complex problems with minimal intervention from the immediate manager or team leader.
• Organize and prioritize workload within the group.
• Substitute for the manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s Degree in a computer-related field preferred (required).
• Three (3) years of related experience (required).
• Working knowledge of platforms such as UNIX and Windows.
• Experience with relational databases: MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
• Strong analytical skills, customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and applications and share knowledge with others.
• Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the company and with customers.
• Proactive problem identification and solution development capabilities.
