1. Job Summary

Dynamics 365 CE/CRM / .NET Architect for project implemention. Tech-Lead in a Dynamics 365 program with various tracks and activities.

2. Key Responsibilities

Design & development in Dynamics 365 CE customer Service

Design & Develop PlugIns and Azure Microservices in C#; Azure Data Factories; CSV

import; file export etc.

Interact with Customer Leadership, BAs, SME end-users and Functional Leads on requirements to be implemented

Writing code

Writing down requirements

Writing technical documentation

Implementing unit tests

Testing the functions and the features being developed 90

3. Job Requirements

Essential Skills: Must have strong experience of:

German reading & speaking

Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities and extensibilities

Design & development in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM with C# / .NET

Working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365

Experience in data integration and data migration projects

Very Good knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform

Experience with defined frameworks (MVC, Entity Framework and Enterprise Library), .NET Framework Version 4.5 or above including strong WCF\\ Web API experience, .NET Core, .NET 9 C# and FetchXML and Power BI

Power Apps and Power Portal Platform Admin experience

Agile implementations

Nice to Have Skills. Good to have:

Stakeholder management and customer facing skills

Knowledge/experience in Cloud Environments

Knowledge/experience in Insurance Industry

BA skills to capture and prioritise requirements, undertaking fit gap to idnetify where requirements can be acived through configuration or customisation

Qualifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification

Agile Certifications
