Job Responsibility：

• Provide logistics data and business analysis support for the leadership team (i.e. Dashboard design, Score card design and performance data tracking);
• Provide weekly and monthly logistics business reviews, which includes business process optimization indicators, workforce performance indicators, capacity planning recommendations, etc..
• Team engagement and collaboration (i.e. CN performance team, EU logistics operation team and HQ data team, etc.);
• Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\’s degree and above in data analysis, business analysis or related field;
• 3+ years of data analysis experiences in E-commerce companies;
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools;
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up; Works well under pressure with the ability to prioritize competing deliverables;
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
