I'm working with a multifaceted manufacturer Headquartered in the US with several sites across Europe. Their Karlsruhe site is the largest – they are now searching for a new position as Site Supply Chain Manager.

This is a unique opportunity to bring improvements and new ideas into an organisation, owning and improving Planning, Logistics and E2E Supply Chain operations. Defining KPIs, implementing and continuously developing new strategies and processes, and collaborating with Purchasing and Production. You will also saddle up with the Head of Operations, working on strategy, processes and improvements.

The structure?

• You’ll report into the Head of Operations and lead:
• A Logistics Manager (with a team of blue and white-collar workers underneath)
• A Buying & Planning team
• You’ll also work very closely with Strategic Procurement, Production, and broader Ops. This is a real cross-functional leadership role.

What you’ll need:

✅ A background in supply chain within a manufacturing environment

✅ Hands-on experience in planning, buying, logistics

✅ Team leadership experience

✅ Confidence with ERP systems (Oracle preferred but not required)

✅ Fluency in German – non-negotiable

The salary package varies by candidate, experience and fit, from €90,000-105,000.
