The Role

We are seeking a Kyndryl Consult Partner for Industrial to join our Enterprise Transformation practice at Kyndryl Consult . You will drive profitable growth, build strong client relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams. Your role involves shaping clients’ digital transformation journeys, engaging with C-suite executives, and contributing to the strategic growth of Kyndryl Consult.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Build trusted relationships with key C-suite decision-makers in the Industrial sector.
• Lead consulting engagements from strategy to execution.
• Advise on IT strategy, governance, and transformation roadmaps.
• Enhance client satisfaction and value delivery.

Business Development & Growth

• Identify and develop new consulting opportunities.
• Manage pipeline development, proposals, and negotiations.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability.

Leadership & Practice Development

• Lead and develop consulting teams.
• Shape the strategy and growth of the practice.
• Foster a culture of learning and innovation.
• Mentor junior consultants.

Who You Are

You possess extensive experience in management or technology consulting, a strong network in the Industrial sector, and proven leadership skills. Fluency in German and English is required.

Requirements

• 10+ years in consulting, with 5+ years in a senior role.
• Deep Industrial sector expertise.
• Strong C-suite network.
• Experience leading complex projects and driving financial growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
