Engineering Manager

Introduction

This client enables organisations to engage large audiences with personalised support. They help to distribute critical information and resources in sectors such as healthcare, education, and emergency responses.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 4-6 engineers, both backend and frontend
• 60% of your time managing people and projects, and 40% hands-on with code
• Support engineers through regular 1:1s and quarterly reviews; establish and improve engineering practices, tools, and processes
• Collaborate closely with product and CTO leadership

• Experience with Elixir and some frontend technology like TypeScript
