A leading global consultancy and a trusted long-term partner of SAP, recognised for delivering strategic transformation through cutting-edge SAP solutions, is currently searching for Senior hires in the SAP HR Cloud area. With decades of deep industry expertise, they are delivering complex, large-scale SAP implementations, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration and implementation of SAP HR Cloud solutions focused on SAP SuccessFactors
• Be a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and translating them into scalable SAP solutions
• Oversee end-to-end implementation, from pre-sales to go-live
• Manage and lead a team of around 20 team members

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HR consulting, ideally SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM
• Experience with other modules such as SAP SuccessFactors or ServiceNow is a plus
• End-to-end SuccessFactors consulting experience
• Management/leadership experience
• Fluent German and English
