Senior Manager - Strategy Consulting

Our client, a well established consulting firm is looking for Senior Manager to join their Post Merger Integration and Carve-out practice

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex post-merger integration and carve-out projects across various industries, ensuring seamless transition and value realization.
• Act as the primary client contact, managing stakeholder expectations and providing strategic guidance throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Develop and implement integration or separation strategies, operating models, and detailed execution plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, HR, and operations to drive synergy capture and business continuity.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 7+ years of experience in M&A integration, carve-outs, or related consulting roles.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with a proven track record of leading complex transformations.
• Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
