Tasks:
- Handling day-to-day admin and secretarial support (meetings, expenses, correspondence)
- Taking the lead on document control between internal teams and external partners
- Keeping project docs, drawings, and punch lists up to date and organised
- Managing training compliance tracking and reporting dashboards
- Supporting team communication and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
- Taking minutes, following up on actions, and helping things stay on track
Experience Needed:
- Strong admin or document control experience (especially on big projects)
- Confident with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
- Familiar with document management tools (like Aconex, Documentum, etc.)
- Great communicator, super organised, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently and handling sensitive info
- Bonus if you’ve worked in pharma or on CAPEX projects before
