Title: AV Engineer

Interview Process: 30 min to 1 hour interview with manager and Claudia

Salary: 50K-60K Euros max

Onsite 9-5 everyday

• 2+ years of experience with the AV industry

• 1-3 years of true AV Engineering experience

• Previous experience working with Service now or other ITSM platforms

• Must be able to speak both German & English

Plusses

• Experience with AV Systems

• Either Crestron or Logitech / Microsoft MTR’s

• Experience working with Cisco UCC and Video Conferencing would be a plus point

Day to Day:

A client of Insight Global is seeking to hire an experienced AV Engineer in the Frankfurt area. This role requires the individual to be onsite at one of their customers 40hrs per week, Monday through Friday. As the second of two engineers onsite. you will be the primary point of contact for all onsite AV support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage tickets related to issues in various meeting rooms regionally.

• Remote assistance to provide troubleshooting support for non Hub locations

• Provide Break Fix and Maintenance support and resolve issues, or escalate to the appropriate point of contact.

• Provide exceptional AV support and ensure seamless operation of AV systems.
