Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of new financial systems or ERP platforms.
• Streamline existing financial workflows and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Set clear goals, provide performance feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.
• Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular financial reports and dashboards.
• Assumption of ad hoc projects and cross-divisional financial support of the managing directors.
• Participation in inter-company reconciliations and ensuring the correct internal settlement of transactions.

What You Bring:

• Over 5 years of experience in a similar role, including demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in streamlining financial processes, particularly within receivables management and core accounting operations.
• Proven ability to implement new processes and drive change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Experienced in collaborating with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
