F5 People Lead (m/f/d) Software Development Energy Trading

We believe in the power of a strong team and are looking for a People Lead (m/f/d) to lead and develop a software development team in Energy Trading with disciplinary responsibility.

In this position you will report directly to the Director Software Engineering Energy Transport Logistics and Energy Trading.

• You will take over a team of approx. 20 employees in product development for the PSImarket product as a disciplinary manager

• You will be responsible for personnel management and strategic personnel planning in close cooperation with the Product Owner

• You supervise employees on an individual level. Important components include onboarding, regular feedback meetings, support in conflicts and the creation of suitable working environments

• Together with the employees, you identify strengths and learning areas and develop targeted development steps

• You are in close contact with the Product Owner and, if applicable, the Scrum Master, promote a sense of togetherness and support agility. At the same time, you create a working environment and atmosphere in which employees can develop well and happily

• You support and encourage your employees to develop solutions independently, solve conflicts and provide regular feedback

• You are a role model and guide (m/f/d) in change and inspire, encourage and challenge your employees to embrace and embrace change

• You ensure that the necessary training and further education is provided for employees

• You have a high level of social skills, self-awareness, empathy, can give feedback and have an agile mindset

Qualifications that inspire us

• You have a degree in technical computer science, energy management, engineering or a comparable field of study

• You have already gained experience in leading teams (with/without personnel responsibility)

• You have experience in application development (Java) and have a good knowledge of standard market tools (e.g. Git, Jira etc.)

• You have a structured, solution-oriented way of working with strong teamwork and communication skills

• You combine entrepreneurial thinking with an implementation mentality

• Language skills: You are fluent in German and English

• Knowledge of the energy market is an advantage
