We are looking for experienced SAP FI/CO Consultants to join our talent pool in Germany, supporting international projects with durations of 6 to 12 months.

Ideal candidates will have strong hands-on customizing experience, especially in S/4HANA environments , and expertise in international SAP Transformation Programs.

Partial on-site presence in Germany is required. Only candidates based within the EU will be considered.

Responsibilities

The specific tasks depend on client needs for each project.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant
• Proven hands-on customizing expertise in SAP FI/CO
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, especially GL, AR, AA, and CO
• Understanding of end-to-end finance and controlling processes
• Experience with carve-out projects, SAP rollouts, and transformation programs
• Knowledge of additional SAP modules (e.g., SD, PM, QM) is a plus
• Ability to navigate complex global structures and manage stakeholders
• Agile mindset; experience with Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
