Project Description:
Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced Payroll / T&A Consultant to analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design efficient, harmonized TO BE processes. This is a strategic role focused on process optimization rather than operational payroll execution.
Tasks:
- Analyze and document existing Payroll and T&A processes (\“AS IS\“)
- Define efficient and harmonized future processes (\“TO BE\“) together with relevant stakeholders
- Create clear and structured process documentation for HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams
- Communicate new processes internally and ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Identify additional areas for harmonization and standardization beyond Payroll/T&A
- Support company-wide implementation of standardized processes in HR
Qualification:
- Proven experience in German Payroll and Time & Attendance process consulting
- Deep knowledge of SAP HCM (especially PY and PT modules)
- Experience with Sage HR is a strong plus
- Ability to abstract, optimize and document complex business processes
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Project management experience is a plus
- Structured, independent work style and discretion in handling sensitive data
- Must-have: Fluent English; German language skills are a plus
