You are in the middle of your studies and would like to strengthen our team in Customer Support (m/f/d) as a student trainee?
Weekly working hours approx. 20 hours.
What we need:
- Processing support requests from end customers (1st level support)
- Documentation of support requests
- Logging of communication processes
- Monitoring open issues (tickets) until final resolution
