Intern Advisory / M&A (f/m/d)

UniCredit is one of the top advisors for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) in Europe, advising more than 70 M&A; transactions every year. By joining the Advisory team, you will be able to support a team with market-leading positions in all of its core markets, being within the Top 5 Mergermarket League Table position in all of its core markets (excl. auditors). The Advisory team, as part of Corporate & Investment Banking, consists of more than 100 professionals in offices in Italy, Germany, Austria and CEE.

What you\’ll be doing

Our dedicated team comprises the origination and execution of transactions in the area of M&A.; The optimal time for getting insights on the technical and practical knowhow, followed by supporting dedicated sector teams, is 6 months”

• Prepare and support on pitch presentations
• Support in preparing strategic discussions with our corporate clients
• Research and evaluate potential targets and investors
• Conduct company valuations and support with financial models
• Being exposed to various industrial sectors and analyze their market dynamics
• Develop buy- and sell-side structures
• Assist on the preparation and execution of existing M&A; mandates, e.g., preparation of process documents and due diligence proceeding
