Store Operations and Team Management
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated.
You will be representing the brand image and values, working alongside the Store Manager to effectively manage store operations and team performance.
- Support the Store Manager in delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing profit opportunities.
- Provide daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance.
- Monitor KPIs and team performance by running reports and updating the Store Manager on action plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control costs and store operations such as stock management, payroll, administration, and rota\’s.
- Inspire, motivate, and develop your team through training, coaching, and product knowledge.
- Take on responsibility of the store in the Store Manager\’s absence.
- Ensure strong visual standards across the store.
Requirements:
- Possess a passion for the brand and living its values.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and previous experience in leading and developing a team.
- Show experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Hold previous experience in managing store operations, stock, and administration duties.
- Be able to motivate and drive your team to exceed KPIs.
