Job Overview
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our Managed Service in Data Center Infrastructure Operations, coordinating service delivery at operational and strategic levels, and managing stakeholder relationships. Your role includes developing technical infrastructure, ensuring service quality based on KPIs, SLAs, and ITSM standards, and managing financial aspects such as billing, resource planning, and controlling.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for Managed Service in Data Center Infrastructure Operations.
- Coordinate service delivery, including escalation management and service reviews.
- Develop and enhance technical infrastructure with clients, maintaining high service quality.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, service providers, and collaborate with technical teams.
- Handle economic management of services, including billing and resource planning.
- Act as Service Owner or Project Manager in related projects, ensuring efficient implementation.
- Strengthen team cohesion and maintain a reliable network internally and externally.
Minimum Requirements
- Extensive experience in Service Management of complex IT infrastructures, preferably as a Service Delivery Manager.
- Strong technical knowledge of Data Center operations, virtualization, networks, storage, monitoring, and related technologies.
- Experience in managing IT projects and process optimization, ideally with automation solutions.
- Confident communication with C-Level executives and technical teams.
- Experience in defining and monitoring SLAs, contract, and performance management.
- Familiarity with ITIL standards and best practices in IT Service Management.
- Analytical skills, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to address technical challenges effectively.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and high degree of responsibility and organizational skills.
- Customer focus, team leadership, and service orientation.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
