Enterprise Account Executive

Enterprise AE (New Business) | DACH | Martech/CX | Remote

• Up to €300,000 OTE
• $1 M annual new‑logo target
• AI‑driven MarTech & CX platform loved by global brands
• True hunter role: create pipeline, run full cycle, close.
• €0 to €9m ARR in DACH over the last 4 years.

DACH already delivers the highest ACV in EMEA; you’ll inherit customer evidence and prime references. To be considered for the role you must have the following experience.

• 5+ years of closing New Business in MarTech/CX
• Proven ability to exceed targets ($1m or equivalent in €)
• Experience of selling in C-Suite
• Strong understanding of MEDDICC/MEDDPICC
• Fluent in German
