Quality Assurance Manager

The ideal candidate is a curious and ambitious individual. This company are a proven track record in the supply of pharmaceutical products, both in commercial and in early clinical stages. As they begin a period of expansion, they are hoping to strengthen their Quality Management team with a QA Manager. With a focus on distribution, this role offers the opportunity to be developed into an RP, and to take on autonomy in the QA Department.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the existing Quality Management System.
• Work Closely with suppliers, Qualifying, managing, and auditing.
• Validation of ERP System.
• Oversight and management of self-inspections, and enacting CAPA's.
• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action.
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in pharmacy.
• 1+ Years Quality experience, GMP/GDP.
• Knowledge of international guidelines – GDP/GMP.
• Great communication skills English/German.
