ABOUT THE JOB

We have a unique opening in our TRATON Holding HR department. In this role, you will play a key part in further developing our Talent Management function within the Holding and across the TRATON GROUP. You will be responsible for managing all strategic Talent Management topics, including Talent & Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Culture, Employee Engagement, Leadership & Management Development, and Diversity & Inclusion. Additionally, you will contribute to the success of the HR strategy at the Holding level and support the Group\’s Talent Management initiatives, aligning with the overall TRATON GROUP strategy, as effective Talent Management is essential for achieving our joint objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the TRATON Holding HR Talent Management team (5 employees), including disciplinary leadership and participation in the HR management team.
  • Oversee all strategic Talent Management topics in the Holding, such as Talent & Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Culture, Employee Engagement, Leadership & Management Development, and Diversity & Inclusion.
  • Drive and support cross-brand Talent Management projects within the TRATON GROUP, including Group Talent Development Programs (e.g., Executive Elite Program).
  • Coordinate with stakeholders such as Swedish Unions, German Workers Councils, Chief HR Officers, top management, including the Truck Board, external consultants, and learning providers.
  • Support the Group transformation journey and contribute to HR digitalization strategies, including implementing the learning and development module in SuccessFactors.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of ten years of work experience, including at least three years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in organizational talent and leadership development within an international context.
  • Self-driven, resilient, solution-oriented, with the ability to work strategically and hands-on.
  • Experience navigating complex, multicultural environments.
  • Strong project management skills with a results-oriented approach and inclusive perspective.
  • High dedication, enthusiasm, and ability to motivate employees and partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging top management.
  • Willingness to travel to brand locations.
  • Full proficiency in English; German, Swedish, or Portuguese skills are a plus.
