YOUR MISSION AT VOIAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will focus on supporting the DACH market (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria) and our expansion into Eastern Europe, with warehouse and office positions. You will partner with hiring managers, supporting them in recruitment, advising on talent acquisition, and coaching them on Voi\’s best practices.You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and the wider People & Culture function to develop and strengthen our talent acquisition practices. Your responsibilities will include:Collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and communicate trendsOwning and managing the recruitment process from start to finishSourcing candidates proactively and building diversified pipelinesMaintaining excellent communication with candidates to ensure a stellar experienceContributing to a strong culture by exemplifying the values of the People & Culture teamWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EMBARKWe seek an ambitious, solution-oriented Talent Acquisition professional who is resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluency in English, German, and Polish is required (German and Polish for candidate and manager interactions).
