About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated NDT Team Lead to oversee our field teams operating in the various sectors. This role is based in Mägenwil (AG) and involves managing all aspects of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) operations, ensuring compliance, maintaining client relationships, and driving technological advancements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate NDT operations, including Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Eddy Current Testing (ET).
  • Prepare and handle quotes, billing, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, including radiation protection standards.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation requirements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and services to improve operational efficiency and service offerings.
  • Lead, support, and develop field teams to achieve project goals and maintain high-quality standards.

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree from FH/TH or equivalent industrial background in NDT.
  • Proven leadership skills with a customer-focused, hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing operations within a regulated safety environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to large client sites as needed.

Additional Information:

  • Expected start date: Approximately 1–3 months’ notice period.
  • Compensation: 13-month salary structure.
  • Location: Mägenwil (AG) with field team oversight and occasional travel.
