In this role you will be an integral part of our Mobile Device Management team and responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality and high availability of E.ON Device Management. You will improve and maintain the service for over 40,000 mobile devices , supporting both internal processes and direct cooperation with our consumers.

Meaningful & Challenging – Your Tasks

• Plan, implement and maintain Microsoft Intune solutions to manage mobile devices and services across the E.ON Group.
• Joint development and implementation of MDM strategies, policies and workflows to ensure security, compliance and performance of mobile devices.
• Configuration of device profiles, app integration and management, conditional access, policies for access to corporate resources and compliance policies according to corporate requirements.
• 3rd level support including root cause analysis together with Microsoft, various device manufacturers and for special devices.
• Continuous evaluation, optimization of Intune infrastructure and testing to improve efficiency, security and user experience.
• Point of contact for other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure the integration of Intune solutions with other enterprise systems, meet business requirements, and consult on new challenges.

Authentic & Ambitious – Your Profile

• Strong affinity for IT (we love technology) and at the same time customer centricity (we love our customers).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in planning, implementation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Intune solutions for mobile devices.
• Extensive knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) including large MDM environments, app management, compliance policies, security configurations and VPN/tunnel scenarios.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot at 3rd level and escalate issues to vendors with an analytical and independent working style.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively with other IT teams and stakeholders.
• Innovative thinking and the ability to continuously optimize the Intune infrastructure to meet changing requirements.
• Microsoft Defender expertise for endpoint security and compliance.
