Dies sind ihre Hauptaufgaben

• Sie übernehmen die Leitung des internationalen Teams \“Innovation and Advanced Automation\“
• Sie schaffen Zukunftslösungen und kombinieren mechanische Komponenten mit zukunftsweisenden digitalen Technologien aus den Bereichen Künstlicher Intelligenz, Digitaler Zwillinge, Industrie 4.0 und haben keine Berührungsängste mit humanoiden Robotern.
• Sie verantworten das Trendscouting im Bereich der automatisierten Lagerlogistik und definieren die Technologie-Roadmaps
• Sie initiieren die Ideation neuer innovativer Konzepte zur Lösung heutiger wie auch zukünftiger Kundenanforderungen
• Sie evaluieren und optimieren Konzepte mit digitalen und physischen Prototypen in-house wie auch mit Pilotkunden und stellen den Transfer in die Entwicklung von Serienlösungen sicher
• Sie führen das KION Future Lab und prägen die KION-Innovationskultur durch den Ausbau interner wie externer Netzwerke

Was sie mitbringen sollten

• Abgeschlossenes Ingenieur- oder Informatikstudium
• Praktische Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet des Innovationsmanagements
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von innovativen Lösungen in der automatisierten Anlagentechnik oder der mobilen Robotik
• Erfahrung in den Gebieten Digitalisierung, Künstliche Intelligenz, Digitale Zwillinge, Industrie 4.0
• Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Aufbau von internen wie auch externen weltweiten Netzwerken
• Erfahrung in der Führung internationaler Teams
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Reisebereitschaft (20%)
