Für Unternehmen Our client is a well-established and independently owned staffing group operating across several countries in Europe.
We are seeking a Country Manager to implement and develop the brand and presence in Germany .
Responsibilities for this Country Manager role include:
- Opening new branches
- Hiring branch managers and teams
- Managing multiple teams across various branches
- Monitoring branch performance
- Liaising and reporting to the European CEO
- Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency
- Building professional relationships with staff and clients
Profile
Skills & Experience required:
- Bachelor\’s degree in business, management, or a related field (a master\’s degree is preferred)
- Good knowledge of the staffing industry in Germany
- Proven experience in business development and management in a similar staffing industry role
- Self-motivated
- High personal standards
- Exceptional customer service and business development skills
