Head of HR (m/f/d)

Our international and agile team seeks a motivated individual to lead our dedicated HR team. You will work in a young, passionate, and caring environment, influencing success within our business teams with your HR expertise. Your Tasks

1. Be the sparring partner for the board, providing guidance on performance management, staffing, organizational design, and change management aligned with organizational goals.
2. Interpret and advise on HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and standards.
3. Collaborate with business leaders to translate business strategies into HR and organizational priorities.
4. Manage complex employee relations issues, embodying RFA values and culture.
5. Identify gaps in team skills and develop programs to address them.
6. Implement KPIs to measure HR effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
7. Oversee recruitment processes within specific business units to attract suitable candidates.
8. Facilitate training sessions on conflict management, communication, civility, leadership, and management practices.
9. Maintain an open ear for employees and exemplify company values.

Your Qualifications

1. Bachelor\’s or master\’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in a technical or startup environment.
3. Empathy and ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
4. Knowledge of German labor law; familiarity with Swedish or Portuguese labor law is a plus.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and capacity to handle sensitive information.
6. Highly organized with attention to detail.
7. Calm under pressure, with strategic thinking ability.
8. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
9. Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation, and loyalty.
