Position: Senior Enterprise Account Executive (m/f/x) – Remote UK & Northern Europe

To expand our customer base in the UK and Northern Europe, we are seeking a remote-based Senior Enterprise Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be part of the “Enterprise Sales” team, working with the Northern Europe Sales Director, VP Sales, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Business Development colleagues to grow our customer base.
  2. Proactively identify and approach potential enterprise clients (companies with over 1,000 employees) in the UK and Northern Europe, presenting our testing solutions to decision-makers.
  3. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through negotiation to closing deals, with support from the business development team.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for clients, collaborating with Solution Delivery Managers to ensure optimal testing solutions.
  5. Represent Applause at international exhibitions and online events.

Qualifications for Success:

  1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales of products/solutions within the digital industry, SaaS, or IT sectors.
  2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  3. Ability to identify, qualify, and engage leads, demonstrating the benefits of Applause’s solutions and establishing long-term relationships.
  4. Strong negotiation, strategic account planning, and communication skills, particularly with C-level stakeholders.
  5. Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies; experience with MEDDICC, Sandler, or similar methodologies is advantageous.
  6. Motivated, driven, and interested in digital industry developments.
  7. High customer orientation with the ability to respond specifically to client needs.
  8. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
