About the role :

As an experienced Program Manager, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept to delivery, ensuring outcomes are clearly defined and achieved. You’ll manage multiple interconnected projects, oversee budgets, mitigate risks, and coordinate stakeholders across departments. This role involves driving strategic initiatives, aligning business functions, and championing best practices in program delivery. You’ll also provide leadership and direction to project teams, foster collaboration, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement—all while ensuring compliance and data-driven decision-making.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs in Germany.
• Align and coordinate multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, manage risks, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Drive strategic initiatives and champion best practices in program delivery.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with governance, data, and security policies
