Lead Fullstack Developer - Python (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Technical Leadership – In addition to your development responsibilities, you will take on a technical leadership role within the Scrum Team, guiding team members in best practices, fostering knowledge sharing, and ensuring high-quality code standards are met throughout the development process.
• Plan and Build – You are responsible for the development efforts of the Scrum Team when creating web applications based on Fincite‘s technology platform while also supporting the Product Owner in planning and designing.
• Co-Piloting – Together with the Scrum Team, you are responsible for the success of the project and the team members.
• Design – You are able to analyze the technical requirements of a project and contribute to creating robust applications.

Your profile

• Technology – You are a full stack developer who loves to build robust and fast applications using Python, Django, REST, and SQL/NoSQL databases. You have experience with modern frontend applications such as React, Angular, Bootstrap, Material UI, or other frameworks. You have implemented unit, regression, or frontend tests using Coverage, Nightwatch, Browserstack, or other frameworks. You have deployed your code to the cloud following a CI/CD process using Azure Blueprint, Bitbucket Pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, or Scrutinizer.
• Experience – You are a full stack developer with more than 7 years of work experience in software development. We pride ourselves on our multicultural working environment with teams across the globe; therefore, great skills and good German skills are required.
