FRS is looking back on a history of over 150 years of experience and has developed from a regional passenger shipping company to an internationally active group. Legal Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

• You will support and assist the legal team with the incorporation, management, and structuring of companies as well as with restructuring and corporate governance topics.
• You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts in various legal areas and manage the contract database.
• You will assist in due diligence processes, draft transaction documents, and support the integration of companies into our structure.
• You will address a wide range of legal queries in areas such as labor law, commercial law, IP, and compliance.
• You will assist in the collaboration and coordination with external law firms and consultants.

Qualifications:

• You have successfully completed your law studies (first state exam, Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws) or possess a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in the legal field is desirable.
• You are characterized by an independent, proactive, and structured work approach, as well as your strong analytical thinking skills.
• You bring commitment, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• You benefit from good to excellent English language skills.
