What you will do

• Lead and mentor the marketing team with 4 people
• Set team goals, track progress, and ensure alignment with the department and company objectives
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy to enhance our brand presence
• Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and maintain a consistent brand message across channels
• Plan and execute internal and external events, including the coordination with vendors and partners
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, media and partners including the Marketing and Branding team of Swiss Post

What you bring to the table

• 5+ years of experience in marketing and communication roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing and communication strategies, events and teams
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, media relations, and event management
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects with strategic focus
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and abroad, especially to Morges on a regular basis (3-5 times per month)
• C1 in English and French or German with B2 in French or German
