We are looking for an open-minded and passionate Solution Engineer to complement our distributed team.
As a Solution Engineer, you work closely with our customers to evaluate, adopt and integrate our XR streaming platform into their operations and IT environment. You use your technical background knowledge and strong communication skills to mediate between both IT and business stakeholders from our customers. You are excited to work with customers from multiple industries such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy and AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction). Internally, you align with our agile product team about product roadmap and feature requests from the customer side. You work together with sales along the whole sales cycle and thrive to generate happy customers that are proud to promote our solutions internally and recommend them to other companies. Personally, you are a team player, keen to stay on top of the technological innovations, while being comfortable to spend time with the customer.

What you will do
- Pre-Sales Solution Engineering : Convince prospects to choose our product by demonstrating its value and relevance to their needs. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and create tailored solutions.
- Post-Sales Solution Engineering (Customer Success) : Manage software delivery and onboarding projects, in order to help customers to adopt our product and effectively integrating it into their operations. Provide ongoing support and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
- Work with technical stakeholders in IT/Digital : Ensure our solutions fit seamlessly within their existing infrastructure. Understand IT environments and anticipate potential integration challenges. Design and configure integrations between our software stack and 3rd party software (e.g. SSO, LMS, MDM).
- Help to improve our product and processes : Write knowledge base articles and release notes. Improve and implement processes to increase the quality of product releases, providing support during the testing cycle. Overview voice of the customer activities, collecting insights from customers and helping to prioritize new product features.
What you bring
- Business proficiency in both German and English .
- Proven track record of pre-sales and/or post-sales solution engineering experience.
- Work experience with large enterprise customers in both business and IT/digital departments.
- Proven technical project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with several stakeholders simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel in Germany and internationally (≈3-6 days per month on average).
- Solid technical background , e.g. graduation in information systems, computer or engineering sciences.
- An internet connection with at least 100 MBit/s downstream at your usual place of work.
Bonus points
- Experience working with SaaS products and cloud-hosted environments.
- Understanding on-premises deployments, network configuration, protocols, and IT firewall configuration.
- Ability to configure enterprise software.
- Sufficient knowledge of C# to write custom application wrappers.
- Past touch points with XR and basic knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine, or Omniverse.
- Understanding of System Architecture and ability to document it.
