Gardening 2ic - Gold Coast

We have a 2ic Gardener position available to join us in working on variations/garden upgrade jobs for high profile sites around the Gold Coast.

38 hours per week working outdoors and helping manage our team to create new gardens and make improvements to our client’s landscaped areas, working to assist our Team Leader onsite with the running of the team.

Rate of pay depending on qualifications and experience.

We are looking for a horticulturist with qualifications and experience. You must have prior experience with maintaining gardens in a landscape situation as well as the use and maintenance of horticultural equipment. Experience with turf maintenance is also highly desirable.

Importantly, we need someone who can help to lead and manage our team of staff to achieve great results in the field, so you will need to be organised and have good people skills in this role assisting the Team Leader.

You will be used to physical, outdoor work in hot conditions and be able to work in a team of horticulturists maintaining gardens reporting to a Team Leader. A driver’s licence is essential – please do not apply if you do not have a current driver’s licence.
