To strengthen their office in Germany, they are looking for an Executive Search Consultant who is curious, structured, and passionate about people, leadership, and innovation.

💡 What this role is about:

🔍 Insightful Research & Writing – You will:

• Map industries, companies, and talent landscapes to bring strategic insights to the table
• Help define clear search strategies and contribute to compelling position descriptions
• Support the preparation of client documents for both business development and candidate presentations

🤝 Communication that builds trust – You will:

• Contact senior executives to explore their interest in leadership opportunities
• Assist in in-depth candidate interviews and assessments
• Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the entire search process

🧠 What makes you a strong candidate – You bring:

• At least four years or more of experience in executive search, consulting, talent acquisition, or a research-driven role
• A university degree (Bachelor or higher)
• Excellent writing and communication skills in both German and English
• Strong curiosity, focus, and a thoughtful, structured approach to your work

Even better if you have:

• Experience working with technology clients or in a fast-moving, knowledge-driven environment is a plus — but if your background lies in another industry, we are just as excited to hear from you. Your perspective matters.

Prefered job location is Frankfurt, other locations in Germany (Munich, Hamburg, Berlin) may be possible.
