Senior Motion Graphic Designer (Marketing-Focused)

We’re now looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer to lead the motion direction across our marketing and promotional efforts.

🎯 Role Overview:

As a Senior Motion Designer, you’ll focus primarily on creating promotional videos, ad creatives, and simulated gameplay that represent our games in the most exciting and cinematic way possible. You’ll work within our visual guidelines, yet be free to push creativity through motion, camera, and FX — especially for trailers, social media campaigns, and launch promos.

You’ll be expected to combine 2D/3D animation, UI motion design, compositing, and AI-based video tools to deliver powerful, stylish content.

🎥 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate promotional videos and marketing materials for slot games (teasers, trailers, update highlights, ads)

• Simulate in-game gameplay and mechanics for video representation

• Combine Spine animations, After Effects compositing, and Blender scenes for cinematic video production

• Create motion graphics, VFX, transitions, and dynamic text animations to enhance storytelling

• Use AI video tools such as Kling, Runway, or ComfyUI to enhance or accelerate video production

• Maintain a library of templates, motion presets, and export pipelines

• Collaborate with art, animation, and marketing teams to align output with campaign needs

🧠 Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in motion design or game marketing animation

• Mastery of After Effects, Blender, and Spine

• Strong skills in both 2D and 3D animation workflows

• Solid understanding of camera movement, pacing, rhythm, and composition

• Experience creating game trailers, promo cuts, UI motion sequences, and light VFX

• Familiarity with AI-based video creation tools (e.g. Kling, ComfyUI, RunwayML, etc.)

• Ability to take initiative, organize your workflow, and deliver fast iterations

⭐ Nice to Have:

• Experience in the iGaming or slot game industry

• Knowledge of optimization for social media and ad networks (aspect ratios, runtimes, etc.)

• Audio syncing and editing experience for videos

• Familiarity with stylized art, character animation, and visual humor
