💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and support agents & distributors to drive product sales and hit annual targets — all while staying aligned with company policies.
  • Partner with the Regional Manager to build and execute sales strategies, nurture key relationships, and reach team goals.
  • Understand customer needs, respond quickly, and deliver effective solutions to boost satisfaction.
  • Gather & analyze market insights — spot trends and uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and strategic partners to run campaigns and promotions in the region.
  • Oversee sell-in/sell-out data and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Address quality issues and complaints by identifying root causes and driving timely solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams across time zones for seamless operations.

🧩What You Bring:

  • Strong understanding of consumer product sales channels — ideally in 3C, home appliances, or IoT.
  • Experience in personal care categories (such as hair dryers, electric toothbrushes, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to open new markets, develop business opportunities, and manage key accounts.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, inventory control, retail pricing, and KA store management is a plus.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus, as it will facilitate communication with internal teams based in China.
