Scrum Master (m / f / d) – Aviation Software

Join a mid-sized international tech company in the aviation sector, developing critical software solutions used by civil and military air traffic control across Europe. Work in cross-functional Scrum Teams with high autonomy, strong collaboration, and a shared mission : making global airspace safer and more efficient.

What You’ll Do

• Guide a Scrum Team of 8–10 people to deliver high-quality tech solutions
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and promote agile best practices
• Identify and remove obstacles to team progress
• Drive continuous improvement within your team and across other Scrum Teams
• Collaborate with technical experts, product managers, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile, tech-driven environments
• Strong grasp of Scrum methodology and agile principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High self-motivation and solution-oriented mindset
• Language skills : German C1 and English C1 (both mandatory)

Bonus Points

• Experience in aviation, defense , or other safety-critical environments
• Scrum certifications (e.g. CSM , PSM )
