A fast-growing technology company is seeking a Sales Leader to support the expansion of its Enterprise Sales function. This role combines hands-on strategic sales with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to shape how leading global enterprises such as Fortune 500 companies develop and implement their digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow an Enterprise Sales team, setting strategic direction and providing coaching and support in a fast-paced, agile setting.
- Actively engage in key deals and provide guidance throughout the sales process.
- Develop and execute a mid- to long-term strategy for new business development, managing the full end-to-end sales cycle.
- Identify and understand enterprise customer needs, and align them with tailored solutions.
- Define and track key sales metrics and KPIs to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal functions including marketing and partner management to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Create a structured, well-supported environment that enables your team to focus on high-impact selling.
- Nice to have : Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar B2B sales qualification frameworks.
Your Profile
- Proven track record in software or technology sales, ideally in a high-growth or target-driven environment.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, including engagement with C-level stakeholders and negotiating high-value enterprise deals.
- Initial leadership experience, with a focus on mentoring, coaching, or team development.
- Strong business acumen and ability to build compelling business cases and ROI models.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English.
