About the role

In this role, you will drive the sales of our parcel shipping solutions, combining our digital platform with efficient physical shipping flows. You will identify and acquire customers, guiding them from initial contact to contract signing while building long-term relationships. With a focus on the area around Venlo (on the german side around Duisburg, Düsseldorf), you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and delivering tailored logistics solutions.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed business apprenticeship, degree or similar
  • Initial practical experience in direct sales of B2B (logistics) services is a plus
  • Proficiency in comprehending and persuading stakeholders at both business and technical levels
  • Strong assertiveness, negotiation skills and high goal orientation
  • Very good English and German/dutch language skills
  • Strong presentation skills in combination with a natural drive to build social relationships
  • Comfortable with proactive outreach to engage potential new customers

Your mission

  • Sales of our cross-border parcel shipping solution, being a combination of our state-of-the-art digital shipping platform and our attractive solutions for the physical shipping flows
  • Identification and acquisition of potential new customers, targeting medium-sized and large companies
  • Supporting customers from initial contact to contract conclusion creating frequent touchpoints with our contact persons
  • Building and maintaining close customer relationships and developing individual solutions
  • Preparing offers and conducting negotiations
  • Working area within 50 km from Venlo NL as our cross docking hub and fulfilment center
