People Operations Expert (m/f/d)

As an Expert People Operations Manager at Flix, you\’ll be part of a lean, fast-paced, and data-driven HR Management team and can make an impact by working closely with the business.

About the Role

• You will act as the functional lead for a team of 4 People Operations Managers responsible for our Headquarters and FlixTech.
• Together with the expert for FlixTrain, DACH, and FMX, and under the guidance of the Team Lead People Operations, you will shape leadership within the People Operations team.
• You will support your team, People Partners, and employees on complex issues throughout the entire employee lifecycle, especially in administrative and legal matters.
• In collaboration with our Payroll Specialist, you will ensure the preparation of payroll for your area, clarify accounts together with our Accounting team, and handle topics like the correct processing of non-cash benefits.
• You will support your team in implementing various People Operations projects and contribute to the digitalization of People Operations processes.

About You

• At least 5 years of experience in HR administration, ideally in a fast-growing, international company or dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge in payroll preparation as well as labor and social security law.
• Experience with Workday or a similar HR information system, especially in the area of data interfaces and process optimization.
• Independent, structured, and precise working style with a reliable, flexible, and discreet personality.
• C1/C2 level of German and English skills, both written and spoken.
