Job Description

As a Quality Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring the application of quality and customer requirements throughout all phases of the product lifecycle—from offer and development to order execution. Your key tasks will include:

  • Supporting development projects with quality-related work packages and cross-functional quality management tasks
  • Evaluating quality requirements in customer inquiries and contracts for feasibility and risk, and ensuring their implementation throughout the product lifecycle
  • Establishing and reporting customer- and product-related quality KPIs
  • Managing failures and solving problems related to internal and external quality issues
  • Define and implement quality concepts for product live cycle
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers, sales, engineering, project management, service, product management, and production

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering or a comparable field
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Several years of experience in quality support for development projects
  • Ideally, experience with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
  • Knowledge of project and process management
  • Strong customer and stakeholder orientation
  • Independent and process-oriented working style
  • High quality awareness and strong team spirit
